"When should I expect my order?"

Since most of our jewelry is made to order, our typical processing time is 5 - 10 business days. Once completed, your order will ship via FedEx 2nd day service. A tracking number will be emailed to you once it becomes available.

"Will a signature be required?"

We insure the contents of every package. Therefore FedEx and USPS require an adult signature in order to deliver the package.

"I won't be home to accept the package. What can I do?"

We can request that your package be held at the local FedEx facility or FedEx Kinkos store for pickup.

"What credit cards do you accept?"

We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

"Why won't it accept my credit card?"

If upon clicking order confirmation it returns you to the payment information page, the charge was rejected by your credit card. Your bank's response is emailed to you. If the charge is simply not authorized, you will need to call your bank and notify it that the charge is valid. It is not uncommon for credit cards to initially block charges in excess of $1000 for securiy reasons.

"Can I pay with a debit card?"

Yes we accept debit card payments. However, please note that most debit cards have maximum daily limits. If the total of your order exceeds the daily limit, the charge will be rejected by your bank. If such is the case, please call us, and we can divide the charge into several daily payments.

"Is it safe to pay over the internet?"

We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than AshaDiamonds.com. Moreover, the actual payment information (i.e. credit card number) is process by independent 3rd party, SecurePay, therefore we never see your credit card, nor do we have access to it.

"Do you store my credit card number?"

All credit card transactions made on our website are processed by SecurePay, a 3rd party credit card processor. Therefore we never see your credit card number and do not have access to it.

"Can I pay over the telephone?"

If you feel more comfortable making a purchase over the phone, please give us a call and of our reps can assist you. If you are trying to call us after hours, please send us an email with your telephone number and the best time to call.

"When will my credit card be charged?"

Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
